But how can a Christian know whether a miracle is from God or is due to the workings of Satan? It is clear from the experience of Moses in dealing with Pharaoh, for example, that Satan is able to display many powerful and miraculous manifestations. Even more importantly, Jesus himself gave a warning to his disciples that others would come with false signs and miracles (see above quotation from Mark's gospel). This helpful site provides a list of miracles in the Bible and reviews the scope and nature of miracles in both the Old and New Testaments. It also aims to help you know how to discern their origin when they occur in the present day and, ultimately, how to avoid spiritual deception by the enemy.
